My Life is about to Change

Hello everyone.
Sorry I have not blogged for a while or visited your blogs. Been very caught up in life. My life is about to change because at the end of the month we are leaving Liverpool and going to live in Buxton, Derbyshire. We have sold our house and have our new house ready and waiting for us there. Very exciting indeed.

Nails inc. and Lush Haul

Hiya - I had a really lovely weekend because my orders from Nails Inc. and Lush turned up. So as soon as I came downstairs after a lie in, my parcels were there crying out to be opened. Michelle x

My Lovely Clinique Parcel

Hi there,
My Clinique goodies turned up today, which is really nice because it is a horrible dull rainy day. In my box I have Clinique 7 day Scrub Cream and Clinique Superdefense Moisturiser for Dry/Combination skin.
After much trial and error with skin care products, these two items are my life savers that I adore and could not live without.
The scrub actually cleans pores right out, leaving skin soft and smooth and completely clean. My pores were horribly clogged before this came along and it also helps my moisturiser to absorb into my skin better. I would definately say this particular product has improved the look of my pores which were really awful before. I use it every night after my Olay cleanser.
This moisturiser is the only one I have used that doesn't give me blackheads and whiteheads, so enough said there lol.

Lush Collection

Hi - here are my lush goodies and I have stored them in a pretty pink box (from WH Smith) to keep them fresh. This box sits on top of my wardrobe where they stay safe from the steam and condensation from the bathroom. I will come back to list the items soon..... thanks for looking Michelle x

Nails Inc Haul and Painted Nails

Hi guys - well pay day came around so I treated myself to a little something from Nails inc. I bought a Nail Polish called de vere gardens and a fast dry treatment. Here is a picture of my nails painted with this colour. I would call it a vintage rose colour. By the way, the pink holographic envelope that my goodies and hand are on, are what they send their items out in, very girly!!! Nails inc varnishes tend to go on thickly, but I did notice that it goes on evenly as well. Hope it lasts a while, especially with all the things I put my nails through. I then sprayed the fast dry treatment and they do seem to be drying faster than normal, although they don't dry the second you put it on - which I was kind of hoping it would lol - hope you are all having a good evening and thank you for looking. Lush Haul

Hiya - Today my package from Lush turned up and before I even opened it I could smell the goodies inside. I ordered Melting Marshmallow Moment, Creamy Candy Bar and Dreamtime Bath Melt. Earlier on I had a bath with the Melting Marshmallow Moment. It did smell nice but not as great as I thought it would but my skin did feel lovely and soft in the bath, although my skin does not really feel all that different once I got out of the bath.
I'm really looking forward to using the other two. The Creamy Candy Bar is supposed to smell like custard creams (I love custard creams!!) and I will let you know if it does. I'm mostly looking forward to using the Dreamtime Bath Melt as this is supposed to relax you and soften your skin, it said on the Lush site that it is good for just before bedtime. We'll see. Will update you. Cheerio x

E.L.F. Haul

This is my Elf Haul which came today. It's very quick delivery from this on-line store. I bought 3 eyeshadow duo's (have included swatches above and I also apologise for the slightly blurry pictures as I'm fairly new to taking these kine of pics), 2 lip candies, a defining eye brush and a regular and waterproof mascara in brown. I only have black mascaras so thought that I would get a brown to try different looks.

In the duo eyeshadow swatches the first two colour strips are called Black Licorice; the second strips are called Olive and my favourite is the 3rd set of colour strips which are called Berry Mix. Can't wait to experiment with these. The quality seems fine but would comment more when I have worn them.

My name is Michelle and I am living in Liverpool, England. I have started this blog as a place to share my love of all things make up and beauty. This is not something that takes over my life but is just one of my hobbies that I enjoy. I eventually add a picture of my dressing table / vanity area which houses my somewhat small make up and beauty collection. The thing is you will watch my collection grow as I keep adding to it and I will keep updating with pictures too. I currently have some high end products on order such as MAC Pallettes and Benefit items too. But I also like the cheaper products as well so you will see them here too, because I am definately not a beauty snob and sometime, money just won't allow those gorgeous high end beauties. Please also note that I'm not here to brag about my make up collection or anything at all but to share with you guys my love of make up and beauty and hopefully learn some great tips from you. I'm 100% genuine and will post a picture of myself on here very soon.
